WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING? - All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. - Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment. - You will receive an email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)? Items are normally delivered within 5 – 15 days of shipping date. Please note delivery times increase around holidays. International orders shipped to Canada and other non-US countries might take longer.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? In some cases, in order to continue passing savings on to our customers, products may ship without a tracking number. However, your orders have a 100% delivery guarantee. Please see below for details.

IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED? If for some reason you don’t receive your order within 30 days, send us an email and we’ll issue either a refund or send a free replacement. If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, but you claim to not have received it, we will offer a replacement (at our discretion, on a case to case basis).

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER INVALID? It may take several days for tracking numbers to show up as valid in the USPS website. 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your products.
